In Memoriam

  • David Williams Russell, Esq. was a longtime board member and vice chairman of African University Foundation. He was also a former Corporate Partner with Harrison and Moberly, LLP, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. David was a member of two delegations from the USA to Tali, Cameroon, regarding African University. A microloan program for the Tali community has been established in his honor. – In Memoriam.
